HOW TO COOK BOMBAY DUCK
Deep fry Bombay Duck in oil for about 3.5 - 4 minutes, depending on temperature. Leave to drain excess oil on some kitchen paper. Then place in a warm oven. When it becomes crisp, its ready to eat.

very good
Been a fan of bombay duck for as long as I can remember. Then it disappeared thanks to EU regs now thanks to Southern I can enjoy probably the best bombay duck ever. Simple to prepare makes a curry complete excellent service too
